Someone took a chance on me with zero HubSpot experience

I had the gratitude of someone taking a chance on me. I had zero HubSpot experience when I got into this. I just knew I liked challenges and figuring stuff out.

Now I've found my thing. I love this, and it's become my career. But none of that happens without that person taking a risk on me and giving me the space to make some mistakes.

Do people still have that space and permission now, with efficiency and billable time and getting things done within a certain timeframe? We have to be an environment that doesn't expect perfection out of everyone.
