The payments account read API: the full discussion

A public endpoint that returns a HubSpot account's payments status: enrollment status, payments eligibility, and transaction capabilities. Partners and integrators had no programmatic way to verify any of that before, which made payments-related workflows depend on manual checks. The working read on air is an external system asking whether a portal is ready to receive payments, and throwing an error someone can act on when it is not. No API documentation linked yet.
