The Breeze dashboard, still in beta, will hand you a 55,000-hours-saved-by-agents figure. Do not take that to the boss, multiply it by an hourly rate, and ask for sign-off on the money it implies you saved. "I have no idea where that number is coming from" is the verdict on his own portal, from someone who likes the number. What is in use is the more honest question.
