The title card you never knew you could change

The block at the top left of every CRM record has a name - the title card - and in private beta you can choose which properties sit in it. A rep wants phone and time zone, a deal team wants its own amount fields, ops wants a custom status. "There's a property that shows up in this title card that we don't even use." Everywhere else on the record was already yours to change. Chris calls this "the last bastion of customization on a record."
