No humans will be doing any manual data entry

What if every role description had one line in it: no data entry, ever?
In Part 5 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, I told the story of a client we were starting up. At one point the test was to grab a spreadsheet and put data in it. I said no, and told them to type in:
"No humans will be doing any manual data entry ever. Set it up."
Then I asked how we get that into every role:
"how do we lay down that law? How do we get every human's role description? Should just say no data entry ever. You can start there. I'm confident that boundary can be set almost across the board. At least if your stuff is digital, I guess."
Pick one thing no person should be doing by hand, and write it into the role.
