Before you decide what AI does, can you say what each person's role is?
In Part 5 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, I asked my co-host Erin Wiggers where she starts. She said:
"Probably with defining the roles"
And on how often that is the starting point:
"Most roles, I feel like, are vibes-based. You do whatever comes across your desk, and role has very little to say about that."
Write down what each role is responsible for before you decide where AI fits.
