If you hand a client a scope and a price, can you explain how you got there?

"you need to be able to back that up and not just say, I don't know, Claude did it."

Her line between AI do it and me do it:

"if I need to actually learn something from that, there needs to be at least some manual thing that I do, otherwise it's not going to go into my brain."

Before you let AI do a piece of the work, ask whether you'd have to explain the result.
