It's hard to come off a bad process, because we've done it forever and we think the system needs to do it that way.

In Part 4 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, I described how my first session starts. First, permission:

"hey, you have permission. So no matter what it is, say, I don't like it. I don't know why we do it that way. I don't think we should keep doing it that way."

Then no tool names:

"you're not allowed to use HubSpot or any other tool word. In this first conversation, how does your business process need to go? How do you sell stuff?"

Try describing how your business runs without naming a single tool.
