Where no human can match AI

You're implementing something brand new, the documentation is incomplete and there's no guidance. What do you plan from?

In Part 4 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, my co-host Trisha Merriam described refining the process of implementing the new company sync between HubSpot and Salesforce for a number of clients. She worked with AI and a portal's exact data:

"it'll help me find the use cases that are kind of edge case, it'll run them through it, and then I can plan for… we need to do something about that before we turn this on."

And the level of help she got:

"that's where I'm getting a level of assistance out of AI helping me with my process that no human can match that because they're not going to be able to crunch through all that data in that amount of time."

Before you turn something on, run your real data through it and ask where it breaks.
