Two pictures from Nectar, and who defines the process
October 28, 2026
How do you know which way will work before you try all ten?
In Part 4 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, my co-hosts Trisha Merriam and Erin Wiggers and I looked at the pictures Nectar made for the episode. The first one didn't land for me, so I asked for another to support the LinkedIn post.
The question I took from it:
"do we have the confidence to say, yes, doing it this way will accomplish the goal and we won't need to try it 10 more times?"
Part of my answer is why people work with a partner:
"we've done it all 10 times and we know exactly which one. It's going to work for you and you won't need to try it all 10 times"
And what has to come from a human:
"at some point, the human has to define the process"
Before you try it again, ask whether someone has done it enough times to know which one works.
