AI will be quicker at configuring it. Who gets the ideas out of people's heads and onto something everyone can look at?

My co-host Erin Wiggers, in Part 4 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation:

"once we get to, okay, let's go configure it. 100% AI is going to be quicker with that."

But on the other side of configuring:

"as far as getting the ideas out of their head and on to some kind of medium that we can all look at and kind of mold together, I definitely think humans have the edge there."

She also talked about the person in the room who can say they see this all the time and empathize with where the client is.

Split your next project into configuring and getting the ideas out, and put a person on the second.
