Everything in your HubSpot can be easy to reach and still not make sense to the person looking at it.
In Part 3 of 5, I asked what a deal is:
"It's like, oh, it's easy to access everything, but what is a deal?"
My co-host Trisha Merriam described a client who needs the idea but not the word:
"They need to be able to track a contractual relationship with a prospect. They need that. But that's too many words to describe what this thing is that they need to track."
"…they don't understand deal and they don't understand opportunity."
If the words don't land, the access doesn't matter. Use the ones your people already use.
