Three forms of accessibility

Three ways a message fails before anyone judges it.

In Part 3 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, I worked through the word accessibility, and there's three forms of it:

1. Can I find it?

2. Can I consume it, in a format that fits where I am?

3. Can I understand it, in language that makes sense to me?

On the format question, I said:

"Maybe a similar situation is trying to fit a diagram like this into a banner ad in the corner of a website. Okay, you might see the logo, but there's no chance that you're going to understand anything on this thing that we probably spent months and months on."

On language, my co-host Trisha Merriam described a client who needs to track a contractual relationship with a prospect:

"They don't understand deal and they don't understand opportunity."

Run your next message through all three questions before you send it.
