Forms, personas and the call
October 21, 2026
The perfectly built form can still give you bad data.
In Part 3 of 5 of our AI Readiness conversation, I asked:
"How many forms and campaigns go awry because we think we just crafted the form perfectly with the drop-down options? And then they just pick the top one because they want to get done with the form."
"People lie not on purpose, but because they want to get done with the form, because they don't actually know what your personas mean."
What works better:
"Whoever's involved, just get them on a call saying things out loud so we can put it in a transcript, and then let AI help with this complexity of human language and human communications."
In a short conversation you get real context, which a drop-down can't give you.
