AI can only act on your behalf if it knows what changed this morning.
I'm not directly involved in the actions an AI takes, but my behavior through the day shows it how I work. Then the context changes: one of my co-hosts cancels, and the email I was about to send is wrong.
"So it's like, maybe we don't act, right? That's the point we need to get to if we're expecting AI to act on our behalf."
"Do we have dynamic context and visibility to understand that the email I'm about to send is the right thing to do?"
"So much connectivity is required to ask AI to act on things like that."
Before you hand AI the sending, ask what it can see that you can.
