Stuck on a question like "what AI should never decide first" Here's a counterintuitive answer I gave on the show.

"Ask AI. Ask AI first."

If you think you have to figure all of that out and have every prompt ready before you start, you'll bias the system in a direction you didn't want.

"But just don't put all that mental load and responsibility on yourself. Because you've never done it before, probably. Why are you going to do it now?"
