A client emailed yesterday asking me to add three people to HubSpot and send them some getting-started tips. I wrote back, "I'm going to need so much more information than what you gave me."

I get it. They hired me because they don't really understand HubSpot that well, so to them it's just "get these people into HubSpot." Anything that helps us see what permissions exist, and what people already have, is a win.
