Why is your best customer your best customer? Often the whole journey was great, from marketing through sales, service, support, success and renewal. And "it's very hard to see all that in one view, let alone try to template it and standardize it."
HubSpot's CRM Gantt view now covers more objects, including orders and custom objects, and it goes down to an hours timescale. What I pictured: a company record at the top, with all of the project records underneath it.
I'm going to see how easy it is to flip between objects in that view. If one timeline can show everything that happened before the order, that's the start of an operational view of the journey.
