The usual fix for "my team needs a better way to update their data" is a dashboard, then a workshop, then weeks of waiting. HubSpot's App Builder update changes that: you describe the app, build it, and use it right inside HubSpot.

I showed it live, and my point to anyone who thinks this means writing code was: "you don't have to do the code. There's code though."

Casey brought a client's weekly sales meeting problem, and Madelyn put the shift in plain words: create the apps in HubSpot, then use them in HubSpot. We also got into marketplaces and the questions people asked at the Houston HUG.
