At the Houston HUG, someone asked how to add options to HubSpot properties, and I thought about the dropdowns that keep growing, product lists or trade show events. A property with "a hundred and fifty options in them" is "usually indicative of a data model or process problem."

So before you hand that job to an agent, ask what job you actually want it to do, and whether the list should exist in that shape at all.
