You can't test a customer agent for every situation. So what do you do before you turn it loose on real customers?

Casey's point on air was that you can "test it quite extensively." Mine: it "does require role playing and stuff that people probably aren't used to doing."

Supervised mode is where I land. Turn it on, and be there to approve. "That puts you in a good spot."
