If you've ever wondered what it means when HubSpot says something is "in development," supervised mode for customer agent is a good example. Per the update, it lets human agents review, edit and approve AI draft replies before they're sent.

Trisha Merriam asked what "in development" even means when it's not in beta.

My guess: "there's a whole approval layer that needs to exist that really hasn't before." That's an inference from me, not something HubSpot said.
