The official Epic app: Epic stays the source of truth, patients and appointments land in HubSpot

Some healthcare teams ruled HubSpot out because of compliance. HubSpot now has an Epic app, and per the update it syncs one way: "From Epic to HubSpot, Epic remains the source of truth." Epic patients land as HubSpot contacts and Epic appointments land as HubSpot appointment records.

"It's very rare I get to talk about appointments in HubSpot. I think it's a very underrated object."

One cost to know about: sensitive data has to be on, and "a bunch of other stuff might not work."
