Email is where we keep our reminders for things we haven't done yet. That makes it a tricky place to ask AI for help.

My take: "This is where email as a channel lends itself well to being a reminder for things you haven't done yet. So then when you ask AI to help you with that email, you get like five more versions of those reminders and notifications that aren't always appreciated, nor do they help you get the thing done."

More reminders aren't the same as the thing getting done.
