Look at what HubSpot promises in a handoff summary: a sharp headline, a brief handoff reason, a concise recap, clear unresolved issues, and customer shared resources. Reading it aloud, I noticed that "customer shared resources" is "the only objective phrase in here. This happened. Customer agent (HubSpot's AI support agent) shares some resources."

The rest: "Sharp, brief, concise, clear. All subjective words."

So the question I asked: "how many of these would you need to see before you felt you didn't have to scroll through the entire thread and you trusted the summary?"
