Claude is an AI engine, not a search engine

If Claude has not shown up in your AEO (answer engine optimization) tool, here is my read on why: Claude is an "AI engine instead of search engine." ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity were the three engines because, with them, "search engine visibility, just get it in there, because that's how those models work."

Claude is different. "That's not how [Claude] works, which is why it hasn't been included." And "[Claude] is not naturally a search mechanism, so if you approach it in that way it likely not gonna have the results for you."

If you are putting time into AEO, start by asking which kind of engine you are writing for.
