Your customer may not be in your inbox at all. When somebody isn't engaged with you by email, they may be having the conversation outside, on LinkedIn or Reddit or wherever, and that is where the nurturing needs to be.

That is one of my favorite things to talk about when it comes to how AI can help you be more human: it can "tell you exactly where and when to show up and what to bring with you when you do."
