Moving people to a new system? "If you're expecting anybody to move into a new system, it'll take them weeks to get past the new interface, no matter how easy it looks."

The first reaction is predictable: "I have no idea what's going on here. I don't know how I'm going to figure this out. Can't we make it like the old system?" You can get close sometimes, "but that's where you start to, well, we didn't like the old system though, right?"
