You are in the meeting, the note taker isn't there, and now what? Per HubSpot's update, you can now invite and re-invite the Notetaker to an active meeting by selecting it or pasting in a URL. Before this, once it left, because it timed out in the waiting room, someone forgot to approve the recording, or someone kicked it out, there was no way to bring it back into that same conversation.
Joshua Oakes ran into this while testing: "I will agree with this frustration. This is one I had encountered when I was beta testing it." His view of the bigger picture: "in the abstract, strategically, a directly integrated Notetaker with your CRM makes a lot of sense."
I read who gets it: Sales Hub and Service Hub, Starter, Pro and Enterprise. And I raised the part underneath that I'm still working out: "when I've tried to automate things like appointment records and meetings, still some work to be done for me to understand the appropriate places for automation versus manual activity."
