The NetSuite that took 12 months to come up

You can work with a customer for a year and never hear about NetSuite. On Thursday we were laying out the customer data for someone, and I asked: "What are you guys doing to execute marketing and sales?" Then: "I don't think one time NetSuite has come up in 12 months." It showed up at the end, almost as an afterthought: "Oh, by the way, we need to think about NetSuite at some point."

That told us nothing about how they use it. "Is it just an accounting system? Is it an operational management system?"

If you work with HubSpot customers, ask that early. It is the first thing to find out.
