The vendors your customers depend on usually live in back office systems, not in HubSpot. Here's how I put the question: "why would we have a third party vendor that's not marketing and sales data? It's like, well, it is after the sale." That is "a part of the learning curve."

"Vendor management, supply chain management… as a huge gap because those are usually managed in the back office systems." And the answer to "why would I put that data in HubSpot? Because you need to communicate with folks. That's why you want to put it in HubSpot, everybody."
