Recommended or suggested: who owns the advice when Breeze gives it

When Breeze gives you advice, who owns it? HubSpot's add-to-dashboard panel now says suggested for you where it used to say recommended for you, and here is how I read the difference: "If Breeze is recommending, Breeze is like… you should do this. If it's like, well, maybe." Zach Hussion named what sits underneath: "it's the responsibility and the accountability part." If it was only suggested, "we didn't tell you that that was the thing that you should have done."
