When someone asks for help setting up HubSpot, the coaching comes down to one sentence: "tell me what your process looks like." Often that is a challenging question to answer, and then you take a step back.

Where I think this goes: instead of "humans building up all these rules and guardrails that have never worked and just get in the way," we're going to find ways to "build context into AI where Breeze is like, all right, we'll put a pin in that one. When you come back with your process, we'll talk about this."

If you can't yet answer that question, that's the place to start.
