Breeze Assistant can now create and change pipelines in HubSpot, and Zach Hussion's first question wasn't whether it works. "It's cool that you can do this kind of stuff. But for me, part of it is, should you?"

His comparison: "the new Tesla Roadster that came out. It could do flips and… go upside down. It's like, cool, you can do that… should we be having people flipping their cars around Main Street… it's like, not really."

When a tool can do something in your system, "can it" and "should it" are separate questions. The second one is worth asking too.
