Breeze Assistant can now create and change your HubSpot pipelines from anywhere in the product. A change that used to be made manually in global settings, under pipelines, is now one request away.
Per the update, it can create or clone pipelines for any object type, add, update and remove stages, and change stage names, colors, status and probabilities. It cannot create or update pipeline rules, object tags or automations, and it cannot change contact or company lifecycle stages.
Zach Hussion did not hold back: "I don't like this one. I don't like it one bit." His reasoning is process over platform: "you should be planning it all out and mapping it all out before you go build it." And ease is the risk: "you don't think about really what that means."
My take is on one word in the update, users. "highly unlikely that we want any lay users doing this ever." Changing it to admins, "that's a step in the right direction."
If you run a portal, settle who gets to ask for a pipeline change, and have your answer ready for the question I think Breeze is heading toward: "tell me what your process looks like."
