Connecting two systems is the easy part. Zach Hussion on what breaks next: "they build it and it works and it breaks and now people every day, oh, I can't do this. I can't do that. And it's just break fix, break fix, break fix."

His point: "it's not about the data move. It's the governance." What happens "when people start messing with things in NetSuite and changing picklist options"? It breaks. "There has to be an approval process," and "we should probably let the HubSpot person know that this is gonna happen."
