The permission sentence in the SharePoint update that decides whether it works

The most important sentence in the SharePoint and OneDrive update is a short one. You also need permission to access the file or folder you're linking.

I called it "a magic sentence," and here's why. It "often gets in the way": does the email logged into HubSpot need to match the email that has access to the SharePoint file? Probably.

That's one of the ways you get in trouble when you drop a link in a note. "The next person clicks on that link and they don't have access."

If you're planning this, check how your permissions line up before anything else.
