No native one-to-one SMS in HubSpot yet, and some clients would jump on it

Can a sales rep or a service person text a contact one to one from HubSpot? Not yet, as far as Zach Hussion could confirm.

He asked the room, then checked with Breeze, and found it "kind of cool to see how far along Breeze has gotten when you ask these questions." The answer: "basically the answer is no, there is no native support for outbound SMS on a one to one."

What does exist is the service SMS beta, where the customer texts first and a support rep replies. Zach's words: "there's a beta that kind of does this, but not really what you're looking for."

On demand, he said "we have clients who would be like, jump right on that, a few of them." If your clients are asking for this, now you know where it stands.
