No more excuses: Google Drive and Microsoft are both covered

Casey Hawkins asked, "Why are you so excited, Chris?" Because there's no excuse left for keeping Microsoft files out of the record.

"No more excuses, folks. You've got Google Drive covered and you've got the Microsoft system covered." So the question is no longer whether you can attach them. It's why there, and why not leave it in the other system, or should it be in both places.

My answer: "the fact is HubSpot is managing all of our communication channels," and "that unified view needs to include all possible context."

If the files living somewhere else has been your reason, that reason just got thinner.
