What question does a redacted email answer?

Email visibility is about touch points. "The whole point of visibility is to tell you that, oh, they got this yesterday." Then I don't need to send it, or I know the content so I don't say the exact same thing. With a redacted email there's still uncertainty about what was in it.

I hadn't thought about this last week, but "the only reason to do this is to make sure opens and clicks are getting measured."
