Account cleanup can delete on more dates, and templates in draft are why I still only audit

HubSpot's update lets cleanup delete in-use and published assets based on your own filters, and use dates like create date or last activity date instead of only last modified. I've mostly used the tool to audit, and I haven't turned on automatic deletion. My blocker is the cloneable emails and landing pages we keep in draft as templates. "Making sure that we don't automatically delete those has been the blocker."

Ryan Ginsberg asked the fair question: shouldn't something like engagement count too, not just dates? And Chris Carolan made the case for why cleanup matters for AI. If it keeps scanning zombie assets, "it's gonna get in the way of your more intentional context."
