More of the work that touches HubSpot isn't happening in HubSpot.

Breeze can now update records from a Slack thread. My guess is that it only works if you have Slack connected and your user has access to those permissions. So check both before you tell your team it's coming.

It's a reoccurring thing we're seeing, "people are using HubSpot but not necessarily in HubSpot." I'm curious to see how that evolves.
