Seats to credits is a one-way swap, so know what the credits are for first

Super admins can now swap unassigned seats for HubSpot credits, or for a different seat type, themselves. Casey Hawkins asked HubSpot whether it works in reverse, and her understanding is that "once it moves to a credit, you can't turn credits into seats."

Here is the catch-22 I see. In HubSpot land we are used to asking "what do I need right now?" and then making the change. As more things start to cost credits, that is the likely trigger. Your boss wants intent signals on another list of companies, you convert the seats, and next week you hire somebody new.

Casey's move is the practical one. She pasted the update into Breeze from her partner portal and asked which clients it touched. It flagged two with unassigned seats. That is the place to start.
