Can you get a seat back after you turn it into credits?

Your boss asks for intent signals on another list of companies. You aren't using the seats, so you use credits instead. Then next week you have to hire somebody new, and you want the seat back.

Casey Hawkins asked this question of HubSpot directly: "I actually asked that question specifically to HubSpot." Her understanding is that "once it moves to a credit, you can't turn credits into seats." So before you convert, name what the credits will do for you. If you can't, leave the seat alone.
