If finance is going to be in the meeting, practice the conversation first

If you're the HubSpot admin, expect to be pulled into a meeting where finance is waiting.

Here is what I'd do: "be ready to show the value of what you're doing in HubSpot because you will almost certainly be asked." You don't have to know finance already. "You can prepare yourself by talking to AI," which has heard the word finance before.

Our Will It Breeze run this morning took a finance lens, and it is a good way to walk into that room with something to say.
