The super admin is often not the HubSpot admin

HubSpot lets super admins see Breeze usage. The catch is that the super admin is often not the person doing the admin work.

Trisha Merriam is a partner with a lot of clients, and she'd like to see their usage, but this is limited to super admins, so it is invisible to her. I asked whether you'd want the super admin doing this. Her answer is one many of us know from client work.

"The super admins at the clients I'm working for are… not the HubSpot admin. There's somebody who barely logs into HubSpot. They log into HubSpot when they need to add a user." If you build around the title and not the person, check who that title really belongs to.
