Reps already do the work that matters. They do it for the relationship.
When Casey Hawkins ran Will It Breeze in her portal, here is what I took from it: "stop forcing the reps to do everything for the system when they're already doing it for the relationship." That's the part they won't sacrifice, which they shouldn't.
What's different now: "we have data flow and context flow like never before." It's there so you can do something like this, which is "what everybody's been asking for. Just make it easy for me to understand what to do next."
