Consent email tracking: more options, and a good reason to check your own list

I had a conversation about this earlier this week, so it was timely. A couple of months ago HubSpot sent out guidance on consent requirements for Italy and France, and this update adds to what you can record. Overall I'm happy to see the options expanded. Trisha Merriam said she wrote this one down to share with a couple of people right after the show.

Chris Carolan took it toward his usual stance, that "email is getting destroyed by AI." Trisha had the counterpoint that matters here: plenty of people have subscribers who asked for their content, and it is "vitally important" that they still adhere to consent.
