Ask Breeze how your team uses Breeze: the admin's job is safe adoption

This was my favorite update of the day: super admins can now ask Breeze Assistant about their team's usage of Breeze Assistant. What I said on the show: "your job as an admin or HubSpot manager is to get people safely using Breeze now." This helps you do that. Casey Hawkins pointed out that today it reports message counts and which teams are using it, over a twelve month window.

Trisha Merriam named the catch: "it's sad to me that it's limited to super admins because I'm a partner." What I'd want most is to coach off how people talk to Breeze. Watching them have a conversation with AI is "the fastest way," and it teaches you things you would not have understood otherwise.
