A blocker is a fine reason to take a baby step, and a bad reason to stop asking questions.

HubSpot now lets you log that an email was sent without storing the body, and I get why that unblocks some teams. From an admin or manager seat, my push is to get HubSpot in use and then ask: "What's the point of storing this email now? Somebody please ask that question."

Don't go the route of "now I don't have to store it." Ask what it means to actually see the body content, especially when we're already doing the work on user management and permissions.
